Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These terms cover the Pixel Padel iPhone app and pixelpadel.app, provided by Rohan Taneja, Berlin, Germany.
1. Learning with Pixel Padel
Pixel Padel offers Padel tactics lessons, practice scenarios and a shotbook. Scenarios simplify real match situations and are educational guidance. Results depend on your experience and circumstances; using the app does not guarantee match results. Practise within your abilities and follow the safety rules of your venue.
2. App licence and acceptable use
Your App Store app licence is governed by Appleās Standard End User Licence Agreement. Use the app and website lawfully. Do not disrupt the service or copy, redistribute or resell protected content without permission, except where permitted by law. App content, artwork and branding belong to their respective rights holders.
3. Local progress and backups
Learning data is stored on your device without an account. Use the export function to keep a backup if needed. Deleting the app, losing your device or replacing data during an import may cause loss of progress. Keep exported files safe. Restoring purchases restores eligible paid access, not your lesson history.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through a one-time purchase or an automatically renewing subscription. The price, duration, trial terms and included features are shown before purchase. Apple handles billing under its Media Services terms; RevenueCat manages access to paid features. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple, without limiting your statutory rights.
5. Availability and consumer rights
Features may evolve and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
6. Governing law
German law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
7. Updates and contact
The current terms are published on this page. If a change requires your consent, we will request it as required. Questions: [email protected].
